Trustees

Sue Cave, Jeremy Cunningham, Susanna Graham-Jones (Acting Chair), Carolyn Gulliver, Lindsay Herford, Mark Hofman and Steve Pratley.

Sarah Verney Caird resigned as a Trustee in January 2010. Carolyn Gulliver resigned as a Trustee in April 2010. Two new Trustees, Steve Pratley and Lindsay Herford, were appointed in April 2010.

Grants awarded as at 31st December 2010

Awards totalling £800 were made to 2 young artists from Oxfordshire in 2010. The grants were given to a film maker and a dancer, as summarised below:

Dancer - to help with rehearsal and equipment costs. £500

Film Maker - to help with costs of video camera. £300

* Note about the Pavilion Loan

The Exuberant Trust received a charitable donation of £10,000 in 2008, on the condition that it was then used as a loan to the Pavilion Trust Fund towards the cost of the construction of the Pavilion at The Limes in Standlake.

One of the conditions of the loan, was that the Exuberant Trust could use the Pavilion, free of charge, for its charitable Music at The Limes events. The Pavilion is directly beneficial to the Exuberant Trust as it provides a larger audience space for concerts than the formerly used Music Room at The Limes.

In the event of any future disposal of the Pavilion, the Exuberant Trust will be entitled to either a fixed sum, or some proportion of the proceeds.
